📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives and provide them with the necessary training and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain a customer database and sales tracking system.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and customer management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
