📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.,Drive technical excellence and best practices within the team.,Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define and prioritize engineering work.,Ensure the delivery of high-quality products by setting clear goals and expectations.,Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.,Participate in technical decision-making and architecture discussions.,Manage and mitigate technical risks and challenges.,Work closely with other engineering managers to ensure alignment and coordination across teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.,5+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role.,Strong technical background with experience in software development and system architecture.,Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams.,Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.,Familiarity with fintech or payment processing industry is a plus.
