📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions by greeting customers, taking orders, and processing payments.,Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all sales are recorded correctly.,Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, polite, and helpful to all customers.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including restocking supplies and cleaning as needed.,Assist in stock management by keeping track of inventory levels and alerting the manager when restocking is needed.,Promote sales and special offers to customers to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.,Work as part of a team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus but not required.,Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people.,Basic computer skills, including the ability to use point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily sales targets.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Good time management and organizational skills.
