📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and coordination.,Maintain and update sales records and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other materials to support team efforts.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and professional responses.,Support the organization of sales meetings, events, and travel arrangements.,Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administrative Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Willingness to relocate to Cikarang, Indonesia.
