Lead and manage a team of captains and crew, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service.,Oversee the safety and maintenance of all boats and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Plan and organize tours and activities, ensuring they meet the expectations of our guests.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor and report on team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing them in our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a captain or in a leadership role in the tourism industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team.,Strong knowledge of marine safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid captain's license and other relevant certifications.
