📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Process and manage customer orders and returns.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.,Supervise and train junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor store performance and implement improvements.,Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
