📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination of daily operations activities,Support the operations team in maintaining operational efficiency,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures,Conduct regular operational audits to identify areas for improvement,Assist in the management of operational resources and budgets,Support the operations team in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for operations staff,Provide administrative support to the operations department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations or related field,Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
