📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the physical and environmental conditions of the data center, including temperature, humidity, and power supply.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of data center equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise, working closely with IT and engineering teams.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to protect the data center and its assets.
• Conduct routine audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to manage the procurement, installation, and maintenance of data center equipment.
• Provide technical support and training to data center staff and other stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data center operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, particularly in data center operations.
• Certification in data center infrastructure management (e.g., Uptime Institute, TIA, or other relevant certifications).
• Strong knowledge of data center design, construction, and maintenance best practices.
• Proficiency in using data center management software (e.g., Raritan, Vertiv, or other relevant tools).
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including ASHRAE, NFPA, and ISO.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a 12-hour shift, including weekends and holidays, as required.
