📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Coordinate with international buyers to understand their requirements and translate them into production instructions.
- Develop and maintain detailed production plans, including material specifications, cut plans, and sewing instructions.
- Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Resolve any production issues promptly, working closely with the production team to find solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders, communicating any delays to buyers and suggesting solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all production activities and quality control checks.
- Assist in the development of new product designs and production processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve production efficiency.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in garment merchandising or a similar role.
- Proficient in using garment production software such as Gerber Accumark, Lectra Modaris, or similar.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with international trade and garment manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
- Experience in working with international buyers is a plus.
