Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Lead and mentor HR staff,Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the organization

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Experience with HR information systems and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
