📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.,Organize and facilitate team-building activities.,Assist in the development of training programs for new employees.,Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR recruitment and personnel roles.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment best practices and techniques.,Knowledge of employee engagement and retention strategies.
