📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide level 1 and 2 technical support to end-users and departments, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including servers, workstations, and networking devices.
• Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of our IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Implement and manage system updates and patches to ensure the security and stability of our IT infrastructure.
• Document and maintain detailed records of all IT-related activities and incidents.
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements to our IT systems and processes.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of our company's IT security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the use of IT systems and applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Proficient in using IT support tools and software, including ServiceNow, Jira, and remote desktop tools.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as networking protocols and technologies.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and technologies, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
