Cafe Putri Dental Clinic is looking for a Junior Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the logistics operations of our clinic, ensuring that all supplies and equipment are delivered on time and in the right condition. You will work closely with our procurement and warehouse teams to ensure that our inventory is well-stocked and that our operations run smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the logistics operations of the clinic, including the scheduling and tracking of deliveries.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that all supplies and equipment are delivered on time and in the right condition.,Maintain and update the clinic's inventory system, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.,Monitor and manage the clinic's fleet of vehicles, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that all drivers are qualified and licensed.,Work with the procurement team to ensure that the clinic's inventory is well-stocked and that all orders are placed and received in a timely manner.,Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure that all supplies and equipment are properly stored and that they are available when needed.,Ensure that all logistics operations are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Provide regular reports on the status of the clinic's logistics operations to the clinic's management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.,At least 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain management role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,A valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,A clean driving record and a commitment to safety and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
