As a Junior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Inspect construction sites to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Prepare and maintain construction schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide technical support to project teams as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new construction techniques and technologies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and strategies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with construction software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel and work in remote locations, if necessary.
