📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee tax compliance and ensure accurate tax filings for clients.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the tax team.
  • Mentor junior staff and ensure they are well-trained and up-to-date with tax regulations.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and individual tax returns.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of tax processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure all financial activities are accurately reflected in tax filings.
  • Prepare and present reports to management on tax matters.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in taxation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Knowledge of tax software and systems.
  • Certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
