📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and machinery.,Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts and service repairs.,Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure high standards of work.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Document all maintenance activities and keep records up to date.,Collaborate with the engineering team to improve and upgrade systems.,Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical maintenance roles.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficient in using maintenance management software.,Knowledge of safety protocols and standards.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
