📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's performance management system.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training activities and employee performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment techniques, and learning theories.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certification in training and development (e.g., ATP, CPLP) is a plus.,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
