📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and validate merchant information to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants through regular visits and communication.
• Conduct on-site assessments to verify merchant operations and resolve any discrepancies.
• Provide training and support to merchants to enhance their business operations and compliance.
• Collect and analyze data on merchant performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of new merchants into the company's ecosystem.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in merchant development.
• Report on merchant visits and performance metrics to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchant development, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with merchants.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
