📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct needs assessments and workshops to understand organizational challenges and opportunities.
• Design and facilitate training programs focused on innovation and organizational development.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
• Create and deliver presentations to clients, stakeholders, and employees.
• Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in human-centered innovation.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to clients post-implementation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR consulting, organizational development, or a similar role.
• Certification in HR consulting or organizational development is a plus.
• Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
