📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.
