Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring efficient and effective performance of clinical and administrative tasks.Manage and mentor a team of dental professionals and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of patient care.Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Monitor and analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.Ensure the department's financial targets are met, including revenue generation, cost control, and budget management.Maintain a positive and professional working environment, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and efficient patient flow.Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Dentistry or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a dental clinic or healthcare setting.Strong knowledge of dental procedures, equipment, and technologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of dental professionals.Experience in financial management and budgeting.Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.🛠️ Keahlian
