Byte Base Unggul is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Support the development of training programs for employees.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR strategies.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Understanding of data privacy and security compliance.
