Direct Link Berjaya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of materials.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and supplier evaluations.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
