📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, organize, and conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and evidence for audits.,Monitor and evaluate the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure their effectiveness.,Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements in internal auditing.,Provide training and support to junior audit staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Assist in the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and auditing standards.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CISA, CIA, or equivalent) is a plus.
