Forvis Mazars is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior PMO Associate to join our dynamic team in Bali. This role is crucial in supporting the Transformation and Accounting initiatives, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving organizational change.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Support the delivery of Transformation and Accounting initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.,Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet project milestones.,Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.,Assist in the development and implementation of project management methodologies and tools.,Provide regular project status reports and updates to stakeholders.,Support the development and maintenance of project documentation and records.,Participate in business process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in a professional services or consulting environment.,Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Experience in managing and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of accounting and financial processes is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
