📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of civil construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of site supervisors and workers.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project team and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, materials, and expenses.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site supervision for civil construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
