📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and oversee the planning, design, and execution of tenancy fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure high-quality fit-outs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, landlords, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, and report on progress to senior management.
• Provide regular updates on project status and any issues that may arise.
• Liaise with the property management team to ensure a smooth handover of fit-out projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in luxury property management and fit-out projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in tenancy fit-out management, with a focus on luxury properties.
• Proven track record of managing high-end tenancy fit-out projects from conception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
