📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host live events and engage with audiences to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Manage and grow our social media presence, creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase our reach and impact.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve our strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event hosting and social media management.
• Promote our brand and products through various channels, both online and offline.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a live host, event manager, or social media specialist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire audiences.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and tools such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Experience with event planning and management software like Eventbrite or Cvent.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for marketing and sales.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
