📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, and cranes with precision and efficiency.
• Prepare construction sites by clearing land and grading surfaces.
• Conduct earthmoving operations to create foundations and level ground.
• Assist in the construction of various structures such as roads, buildings, and bridges.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain records of usage and maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of construction tasks.
• Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance operational skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator in construction projects.
• Valid driver's license for heavy machinery.
• Certification in heavy equipment operation (e.g., Caterpillar, Komatsu, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
