📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and secure high-quality tenants for our premium properties using advanced CRM tools like Salesforce and Zoho.
• Negotiate and finalize leases, ensuring compliance with local regulations and tenant satisfaction.
• Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct property inspections and maintenance coordination to ensure properties are well-maintained and attractive to potential tenants.
• Leverage data analytics tools to track leasing performance and identify trends for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available properties and attract quality tenants.
• Stay updated on local market trends and real estate regulations to provide informed advice and recommendations.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent high standards in leasing operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property leasing, preferably in a high-end or luxury real estate market.
• Proven track record of successfully leasing properties and meeting occupancy targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho.
• Knowledge of local real estate regulations and market trends in Bali.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Property Management (CPM) or similar is a plus.
