🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or similar role.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Proven track record of implementing and enforcing safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
