📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor and control production schedules, budgets, and resources.,Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards.,Train and mentor production staff to improve performance and skills.,Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.,Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Relations, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in manufacturing.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.
